Return and Refund Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to meeting the return conditions stated below.
Return conditions
To request a return, contact A4ARRIYAN WhatsApp support within 7 days from delivery with your order reference and the reason for the request. The product must be eligible for return and meet the stated return conditions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact WhatsApp support with your order reference and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Support will review the information and advise the available resolution.
Keep the product and packaging
Until support responds, retain the item, original packaging, accessories, labels, and proof of purchase. Do not send a product back without return instructions.
Refund processing
After a return or refund is approved, A4ARRIYAN will process the refund within 3–4 business days. The actual time for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
